RETURN AND REFUND
Fresh food cannot be returned, but nothing leaves us that we would not serve at our own table.
QUALITY ISSUES
If something is wrong with your order, tell us within 4 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace it or refund it.
CANCELLATIONS
Standard orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the slot. Custom and designer cakes cannot be cancelled once production starts.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
